They came and did a deep cleaning on my house, which it desperately needed! I didn't expect them to be here for the day! They stayed until the house was perfect. They cleaned things that I wasn't expecting to be done. There wasn't one thing that I was unhappy with.

Ami and Melissa provided house cleaning services for my 4 bedroom home. They arrived promptly, and worked together as a team cleaning my home top to bottom. They are humble, hard-working ladies. Hire them!

I had no idea what to expect when I decided to choose Ami and Melissa's house keeping services, but I'm glad I chose them! They exceeded my expectations by a far! I was so excited to come home to a clean house, but I did not expect an immaculate house! these ladies took the extra time and care to pay attention to the details. They shampooed my carpets, cleaned my walls, washed my towels and sheets, and even left behind scented gifts! I almost feel bad for the amount of care they spent on cleaning my home, my fiance now knows what it is to have a CLEAN house! Ami and Melissa are professionals of their craft, and have earned more than my business, but my respect as well. So do yourself a favor, and hire them. I don't think they even they know how good they are. :) thanks ladies, see you on Monday!

I am so thankful I found Ami and Melissa on Thumbtack! They worked without stopping on the tasks I had requested and more. They were well equipped with their own products, worked as a team, came to my assistance when the person I had cleaning the carpets failed to move the furniture, introduced me to new cleaning products and even left me one to try. I am recommending that my son have them come to his apt at least once a month and giving their name to my girlfriend who needs someone new. This team will get your job done for a fair price. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No nothing complicated.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A new customer should feel comfortable and safe having us in their home so we make them feel just that. We ask what their needs are so that we can assure that they get everything they asked for and more. A new customer should get what they pay for,( a beautiful home).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All my experiences came from home and raising children.
