I had the most exceptional service this week. Everything was handled in the most timely fashion. I asked for specific projects to be completed and Terron and his team completed them efficiently! Terron was very professional and helpful when I spoke with him but he was not the one that was on site to do the work. The on site job did not go as expected. Job was under-staffed. Worker(s) were not equipped with tools and knowledge that was required to completed the job properly. Worker(s) cut corners and then spent 3 days to complete a job that should have taken 1 1/2 days. On the first day of the job, the worker(s) were on site laying sod until after 10:00 PM. On the second day two workers spent most of the day sitting around in my yard doing nothing. After all was completed and two weeks have past, now most of the sod that was laid is dying and I am struggling to keep my investment in the all of this sod alive. This was not what I expected. I should have done it myself.
