Initially, didn’t know if we wanted to have makeup done for our event and made the decision 2 days before the celebration. Went on the app and found Jermaine. She answered promptly and her prices were within our budget.

My daughter was so happy with how she did our makeup. My daughter would have melt downs before prom and homecoming.. But Jermaine changed all that! She did amazing job! Instead of crying from despair, my daughter was crying from happiness so I’m so grateful for what Jermaine did. The makeup lasted through the crying, and dancing. I was so happy to see the confidence in my daughters face. Also, can forget myself! I loved how she cared about each detail and wanted to make sure we were happy with each step of the process!

We cannot thank you enough Jermaine!

Loved my wedding day elopement experience with Jermaine. She made me feel incredible and helped me de stress and focus on getting ready to walk down the aisle during my day. She did an incredible job with all of the busyness a wedding day can bring and we 10/10 recommend her and her services. This was a great thumbtack find. We are grateful.

Jermaine was amazing! She came to my house to do my makeup before my maternity photo shoot. She set up quickly and really listened to what I wanted. At 7 months pregnant with my first, I wasn’t feeling very confident in all my new body changes and swollen face. Jermaine made me feel comfortable and she hyped me up! The finished product was exactly what I wanted even though I had a hard time articulating what that was to her since I’m not a big makeup girly. I felt so beautiful and it really took a lot of the stress off the day! My husband and even the photographer kept mentioning how great the makeup was staying on with little to no touch ups. I also need to mention that it was 100+ degrees that day and super humid so I was very concerned about my makeup lasting. During the photo shoot I was literally dripping sweat everywhere (sorry TMI) but my makeup did not budge!! I was sad to have to wash my face that night because I loved my makeup so much. 10/10 recommend Jermaine to anyone!

5+ STARS FOR THIS GIRL. We're only allowed to choose 3 items from here to describe working with her, but "work quality" encompasses her "professionalism" and "punctuality".

Any makeup artist can put makeup on you and make sure it stays. But what makes Jermaine different is her particularized approach on you and your unique features while she glams you up.

She did my wedding makeup, and as a bride, you want to feel uplifted, happy, calm, etc. I know of/hear too many MUAs (especially for weddings) talking shit about clients, how tired they are, etc. I get it- it's early morning, it's a stressful day and MUAs want to do their best work for you.

Think about it: someone's spending hours on your face, and you want to feel beautiful and special on your special day, whatever it is. If they're treating you like just another client, that ugly energy *will* transfer onto you, especially as a bride.

Yet Jermaine seemed genuinely happy for me, and she was FUN, and still did a quality job without complaining.

She really hit the look/aesthetic I was going for. Also, it ended up raining on my wedding day but she made sure I kept my makeup on without looking cakey.

Also, Jermaine went the extra mile to take last minute requests even though they weren't already booked and my girls looked AMAZING!!! (NOTE: I'll admit, this was my bad, so please don't do this to Jermaine or any other makeup artist! But she handled it with grace and still did a beautiful job in that short time span so I have to acknowledge this!)

The value of her makeup services is unmatched. I'll be booking her again just to do my makeup for other events.
