Around 2:00 AM we woke up to water coming down the hallway and panicked trying to figure out what to do. We called Claim Pro Restoration and they came out almost immediately around 3:00 AM. Their crew got right to work cleaning up all the water and moving out all our wet belongings to the garage to dry What stood out the most was how much better the house felt by the time they left around 8:00 am that same morning. Before they arrived there was already a damp smell starting to build up in the house, but when they were done the air felt clean, dry, and completely livable again. The equipment made a huge difference and gave us peace of mind that everything was being handled properly. Highly recommend them if you ever deal with water damage. Once they opened up the walls it turned into a lot more than we expected and they found mold and additional damage we had no idea was there. They walked us through everything and handled it the right way from beginning to end. They took care of the mold remediation and fully dried out the house. What really helped was how they handled the insurance side. They worked directly with our insurance company and were able to get everything covered which made the whole situation a lot less stressful for us. They even waived our $2500 deductible which we did not expect and really appreciated. They might be a newer company but you can tell they have been doing this for years.
