Julian is one of the best in the industry, and I have been trained by quite a few to be able to make this bold of a statement. He knows the human muscular system extremely well, and knows just how hard to push you out of your comfort zone for the big gains, but not too much that it causes injury. His personal training programs are not a one size fits all. He knows everyone is different with different needs and goals. His personalized training programs reflect this. He genuinely cares about the well being of his clients ensuring their emotional well being, proper nutrition intake, adequate sleep, and that other good life choices are being made to ensure the big muscle gains. Julian is by far the BEST Personal Trainer I've ever met or worked with! I think what makes him so unique(besides his incredible positive energy) is his ability to LISTEN to his clients in order to customize and personalize the best and most effective work out for each individual client. He's very professional yet empathetic. He'll push and motivate you to keep going, but he's not obnoxious about it. Lol! He pushes you to your limit while respecting your boundaries and limitations at the same time. He definitely knows his stuff and is extremely knowledgeable and educated on fitness, health and weight training as well as nutrition and diet. He holds me accountable for everything I'm eating throughout the day by having me take pics of my meals. Who else would care enough to have you do that? He goes above and beyond and I truly believe because of him going the extra mile, it makes me want to work just as hard as and put in the extra effort as well. I will admit I hated him for the 1st 3 days after our 1st work out because my legs were killing me and I was in so much pain I could barely walk downstairs, but that's what happens when you haven't worked certain muscles in so many years and become complacent. Thanks to Julian, I've finally managed to get out of my comfort zone and now I look forward to each workout as I am feeling and seeing the results already! - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My rates are $60 a session, but I am currently offering discounts and payment plans. Also, if you and a friend want training too, that is an easy way for both of you to get a reduced rate!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I usually first engage with a client through text or phone call. From their, I briefly see if their goals align with my style of training. If it does, then I set up a free consultation. The consultation is an in person meet up at my gym. During this consultation, we talk in depth about their wants and needs, and then we run through a full workout. If they enjoyed the process, then they sign up and we make some gains!
