My trainer Kim was absolutely the best. Helped me reached my goal when I thought I would never, communicates/explains, pushes you to finish your work out & made me feel comfortable. Really learned a lot from her not only in training but with nutrition as well. She’s super nice and I would recommend her 10/10. Def have to go back soon!

Kim is a wonderful trainer. She focuses on your fitness goals and helps with diet and macro tracking. She pushes you and encourages you to go beyond what you think you can do all the while taking consideration of any injuries you may have. She is highly recommended!
