- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer everyone a FREE introductory session to determine your fitness level and discuss your fitness goals. During the intro we go through a 30 minute example of a typical training session. We also take your measurements and give you a body composition analysis of your: fat%, muscle%, total body water% and more. We also discuss nutrition and how to eat for success.
