Fitch's Kitchen catered my wedding at the Wedding Tree in Point Fermin Park in San Pedro, CA. The food was delicious, it was delivered on time, and Fitch was very understanding about a hiccup with my payment method and delivered food anyway, making sure my day wasn't ruined by an oversight (that was my own doing). Fitch has been our caterer for YEARS because the food is always absolutely wonderful- but the best for me, is the peace of mind of knowing that the meal for every event will be delivered, on time, at the correct address, exactly as promised, and the bill will be exactly as estimated. All of that gets handled with a couple of phone calls or emails. Fitch is a kind, very creative man, so that adds to the joy of working with him! We've worked with Fitch for over a decade. Throughout that time Fitch has catered events for our corporate staff and for joint meetings with our clients. In every case, Fitch has exceeded our expectations. The food and its presentation are fantastic. Fitch is personally wonderfully to work with. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Find out what they are looking for, give at least two food options and give an estimate.
