I had a really positive experience overall with this cleaning service. Natalia and Junior were wonderful — very kind, professional, and easy to work with. They worked hard the entire time they were here, and I truly appreciated their effort and attention to detail.
For context, our apartment is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and about 900 square feet. The total came out to $415 (excluding tip) for about 2 hours of cleaning, which felt quite expensive for the size and time. Not necessarily a complaint, just something potential customers may want to keep in mind when booking.
Communication with the office/team handling scheduling and questions was sometimes a bit difficult. Responses were very quick when it came to payment, but my general questions or concerns sometimes took longer to get answered. Just something I think could be improved.
That said, the cleaners themselves did a great job and were very pleasant to work with.

I needed someone urgently as I was hosting a dinner the next day and I was glad to have found someone who promptly responded to my inquiry. Mare I think her name was, there was a language barrier that I unfortunately could not understand her name, but she was really sweet and did overall a very good job. I only noticed some missed furniture that needed dusting and the kitchen counter tops were still kind of dirty. It might have been the language barrier why those were missed. (But pretty basic to do) I did contact them by phone about the 24 hour policy they have about someone coming back to take care of what was missed at no charge. And they said they would call me back but they never did, instead I got a message a couple of hours later on thumbtack asking about how I liked the service. I then replied with saying what I told the person on the phone and they never replied. I had seen on a previous review that they’re very prompt on responding while discussing the job and ensuring payment which was required to be made before the job (did not like that much) and I have to agree with that review, because I had questions after payment was made and before the cleaning person arrived and they never answered me And then since he never replied after asking how I liked the service, A couple of hours later I got a regular text on my phone asking what those spot were and that they can get someone to come back at 9am. I replied and I ended up not having them come back, as I felt that these things were minor and them coming back wasn’t necessary. (But did want them to be aware.) they didn’t reply anything after that which I thought was weird as I thought usually you get like a “okay thank you etc.” but in summary I was happy with the cleaning person over all but the communication between the company itself needs improvement I think. But I might consider them again.

Jose did a wonderful job cleaning our apartment. Hes very directed and efficient. The cleaning took just over 3hrseven though we hadnt had someone over for over a month! We have four cats, so it was a bit messy Would highly recommend for anyone looking to get their place cleaned.

One glitch. I was very clear that the house required a deep clean. I was told (2) cleaners would be there and the upholstery/carpet cleaner. Only (1) cleaner and the carpet cleaner showed up (on time). They immediately got to work and saw the error of the booker basing number of people needed on square footage rather than my request. The carpet cleaner chose to stay on and help his colleague. Myself and my sister had to jump in as well. In the end the two guys did a fantastic job. They did all the heavy cleaning. Their work ethic is outstanding, above and beyond. Highly impressed. I would recommend this company, but do all you can to make it clear how much labor is needed.
