I had a really positive experience overall with this cleaning service. Natalia and Junior were wonderful — very kind, professional, and easy to work with. They worked hard the entire time they were here, and I truly appreciated their effort and attention to detail. For context, our apartment is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and about 900 square feet. The total came out to $415 (excluding tip) for about 2 hours of cleaning, which felt quite expensive for the size and time. Not necessarily a complaint, just something potential customers may want to keep in mind when booking. Communication with the office/team handling scheduling and questions was sometimes a bit difficult. Responses were very quick when it came to payment, but my general questions or concerns sometimes took longer to get answered. Just something I think could be improved. That said, the cleaners themselves did a great job and were very pleasant to work with.

Marcelo and Elaine are an absolute amazing duo!!! I needed to get my five bedroom/ 2 and a 1/2 bathroom home cleaned expeditiously. Not only did I get responded to in less than 48 hours but were able to come and do the job! They were very punctual and very professional the entire time they cleaned my home asking frequently was I happy with the service. The house now is beautiful smells great and I will definitely be hiring them again for future projects!
