- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is definitely dependent on the event and the budget of the costumer. I believe there is no one price for me as there is not one budget that fits all. I love to do small baby showers as well as weddings of hundreds.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all, I really want to talk with them and get to know them who they are. This really gives me a sense of where we can start. Then I want to talk with them about their vision for their event. This is the most important thing because this is not our event it is the clients. We want to bring their vision to life. We would continue on from there with tons of communication and ideas between us! It is one of the best things about my job is getting to know people and making memories with them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working for a non-profit for 5 years. Until just recently I have decided to venture out on my own. I have no formal training it is all on the job trial and error which I think is the best kind.
