- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All food is priced per person - so depending on what it is - disposable lunch drop off or an elaborate Wedding Reception - will depend what that price is.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After receiving their information regarding the type of event they would like to do, then we send out the appropriate menus. After they've had a chance to review them, we ask for an email or phone call back to discuss options and do a complete estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
