- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job stands on its own and needs to be assessed accordingly. That's why for complex projects, I want to meet with the owners first to discuss their expectations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically want to meet with my customers and fully understand their goals and expectations prior to giving a bid. Small jobs that are easily defined typically don't need a pre-job meeting but any complicated project that involves quality finishes and details needs to be discussed so that everyone's expectations are met.
