Jocelyn is a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and Health Coach. She holds a BS in Exercise Science & Nutrition and has been a practitioner in the wellness space for 10+ years. Her passion for wellness & coaching was discovered serendipitously while researching methods to overcome her own health struggles. This realization kicked off a life-changing adventure that led to the founding of Nourish Within, a personalized nutrition and coaching service.

I’ve always struggled with eating a balanced diet (i.e. incorporating more veggies) and managing my gut health. Jocelyn has been an excellent partner and coach in helping me discover ways to introduce more variety into my diet, and identify what makes my gut tick and ways to improve it.
