I contacted them though Thumbtack, then they called me back. After talking, I was asked to send the addresses they would be going to with the times via text. After I sent the text, they sent me a text with the limo drivers name, Armando, saying the actual word 'confirmed', and I responded with thank you. Then the day of the daddy/daughter dance, he left my husband and 2 daughters stranded. No call or anything. When my husband finally called him, he said we never confirmed and he couldn't do anything to help us. When I contacted him after the dance showing him the string of messages, including the one that is confirming everything, he never responded. I dont recommend this company AT ALL!!!!
