- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My Pricing is refundable once I finish their transaction because my fees come from the seller of the property.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If they are a seller, I do a free consultation on what the value of their house is and do an assessment of whether they need upgrading or staging, etc. If it's a client looking to purchase a home or investment property, I suggest doing an intake of what their criteria of their home search is as well as making sure if whether they are financing the purchase through a lender or paying cash that they have the wherewithal financial ability to do so.

Associate's Degree in Applied Science. CA Salesperson License and a New York Broker's License
