I am a certified Chopra Health Instructor and a Tai Chi teacher.
To reduce stress and boost your energy, I will share with you Ayurveda lifestyle practices that cover six pillars of health: nutrition, movement, sleep, meditation, emotional health, and self-care.
Tai Chi is a fantastic way to improve balance, build strength through relaxed movements, and calm the mind. I studied classic Yang-style Tai Chi under Grandmaster Gin Soon Chu and his son, Master Vincent Chu. I can create a tailor made program to fit your needs and the amount of time you can dedicate to practice.

I've known Levi for over 25 years. When he began giving public workshops to teach his movement and balance approach, I had the good fortune to be there and participate. It's easy and fun, and I found that it contributed to my balance and general conditioning. It's especially alluring to meditators! His approach to instruction is very y attentive and patient and clear. I recommend it without reservation.

I've studied with Levi for a number of years and find him to be a wonderful teacher and person. As one who has studied with many yoga and taichi teachers and holding a Phd focused on contemplative practices, I recommend studying with Levi whole heartedly and am sure that whoever studies with him will receive great knowledge, healing and wisdom through this experience.
