We discovered that the bathtub job was tricky because of extra thick tiles at our home - without raising any additional concerns, they finished the job with professionalism, checked the quality and left the job site clean. As per the power outlet and tv mount - they realized that it was plywood behind the wall - again, without any additional costs or issues, they took care of the job. The best part of the engagement - what they quote is what you pay - meaning, unlike most other teams, they did not keep adding additional costs. Truly refreshing.
