The refinished tub looks great! Communication was outstanding where he gave updates on his ETA based on traffic. This way, I was not sitting around waiting within the entire 2-hour arrival window. I had hired a different service provider to patch the tub, and it looked awful, necessitating a full refinishing. Charlie's Tub & Tile Refinishing stripped the previous finish and coated the tub. He cleaned up the bathroom when he was done, which I appreciated. Not all service providers will do that. When I need bathroom refinishing again, this company will get my first call.

We are very happy we decided to hire them to redo our bathroom shower. The before and after is unbelievable and they were very professional, on time, replied quickly, and very nice! Will definitely hire again and refer to friends and family.

They did a fantastic job on a tub refinish. Communication was professional. Also, there was a little miscommunication on something I wanted, and they fixed it promptly. Will definitely use in the future.

Charlie is the consummate professional. And wow, the efforts he takes to handle every detail to refinish an old cast iron tub was nothing short of exceptional. He is truly great at this and I am extremely satisfied with the results. I will be calling him directly for all future projects.
