I contracted Carlos to rebuild my exterior staircase and paint my interior walls. Carlos was extremely responsive from the get-go -- He came out to survey my property and provided a quote very quickly. He also managed to pull the necessary city permit within a day during COVID when construction work was restricted. Although I wasn't even at the property, Carlos sent me updates and pictures throughout the whole rebuilding process. When I inspected the work and wanted things corrected, he came back quickly to improve it.
Carlos and his team also came out to paint my interior walls the day right after I'd asked if he could help with it. They were very efficient. Thanks Carlos.

We hired OC Construction to paint our house and do restoration work on our entryway, which had water damage/rot. They worked quickly and efficiently and did a stellar job. The paint has been holding up nicely and they new stairs they built in the back (after we discovered that they had rotted through) have been excellent. He installed a custom handrail on our front steps as well. I highly recommend working with this company for home renovation/maintenance, they are a quality team.

Carlos and his crew were super professional. Carlos came in, assessed the issue with poor supports under our subfloor and gave a recommendation, and set our expectations correctly for the type of fix they'd put in. After agree to contract, his crew came out the following week and they were very professional as well. Overall, great experience, and will definitely use their services again.
