I want to change my 20 year old hanging chain opener to a side mounted opener. I sent my garage pictures to a few contractors on Thumbtack. BMS is the only one that noticed I had a dual track system that doesn't work well with a side opener. They recommend to change to standard rack before installing a side opener. Others just gave me quotes for installing the opener without noticing the dual track. One of the contractors came and checked my garage door. They also agree that changing the track is better only after I asked them about it. BMS gave me the best offer. The installation was fast. I am happy with the service so far. Highly recommend.

David was super responsive, Erin was very sharp that he noticed that beam may be an obstacle, other technician won’t be able to see such detail and literally do measurements, but Erin did. Some minor issue happened on the scheduled day, but David and Erin handles it quickly and professionally, not a issue for me. The technicians work was good, also taught me how to use the opener .

Submitted an inquiry to see if we can fix our existing gate opener (not installed by BMS), and received a prompt reply. After discussion we realized it's not worth fixing our current opener and we aren't quite ready to replace it outright – however the knowledge, honesty, and no pushy sales tactics in our conversations means we will be contacting BMS again when it's time.

I am delighted to write a positive review for BMS Garage Door and Gates who installed a new motor, track, and wheels for my electric sliding gate. After receiving quotes from multiple contractors, BMS's price was the most reasonable and their response time was excellent. From start to finish, the team at BMS was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient.

The old motor was weak, and there was no sensor to automatically stop the gate which was a hazard and liability. BMS quickly identified the issues and recommended the best solution for my needs. The installation of the new equipment was completed perfectly, and the gate is now operating smoothly and quietly.

After the installation, I did notice some leftover screws and concrete pit from the old motor post which looked a bit unsightly. I mentioned this to the BMS team and they were quick to come back and patch up the area, leaving everything looking clean and tidy.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the outcome and would highly recommend BMS to anyone in need of gate installation or repair services. Their expertise, professionalism, and commitment to quality are truly outstanding. Thank you, BMS, for a job well done!
