Dvir responded immediately to my request for service and showed up for our appointment the next day right on time. He figured out what was wrong quickly, and our gate was repaired on the spot. He even completed some overdue maintenance at no cost while completing the repair. We’ll be sure to use BMS again if we have any problems with our gate.

David was super responsive, Erin was very sharp that he noticed that beam may be an obstacle, other technician won’t be able to see such detail and literally do measurements, but Erin did. Some minor issue happened on the scheduled day, but David and Erin handles it quickly and professionally, not a issue for me. The technicians work was good, also taught me how to use the opener .

Submitted an inquiry to see if we can fix our existing gate opener (not installed by BMS), and received a prompt reply. After discussion we realized it's not worth fixing our current opener and we aren't quite ready to replace it outright – however the knowledge, honesty, and no pushy sales tactics in our conversations means we will be contacting BMS again when it's time.
