I'm usually very reluctant to hire a cleaning service, due to lackluster experiences I've had in the past. You agree upon a certain service to be provided and you expect to be satisfied after paying for it, but often times with cleaning companies, I have walked away feeling my money could have been better spent elsewhere. With Homesmiles however, I've had a completely different experience. They went above and beyond to ensure all of my needs were met. Not only was customer service top notch, and pricing more than fair, but everything on the agenda was completed to a high standard. I feel relieved to finally have someone I can rely on. HomeSmiles was born out of a necessity to maintain several buildings I own. After struggling with my crews availability, who were overloaded with turnovers and daily emergencies, I realized that if I had this problem, someone else must need this type of service.
