All our pricing is "flat fee" pricing. The price is the price. If it takes longer than we estimated, that's on us. We also offer bundled services with bundled pricing!

HomeSmiles was born out of a necessity to maintain several buildings I own. After struggling with my crews availability, who were overloaded with turnovers and daily emergencies, I realized that if I had this problem, someone else must need this type of service.
