Simon is very responsive, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He helped me to fix a few tiles on my roof moved by heavy wind. He taught me how to climb up and move around on the roof with very fragile tiles as well. That is, not just gave me “fish”, but also taught me how to “fishing”. He is very pleasant to work with. Definitely will hire him again in the future when there is a need.
