Gladys is great at communicating and scheduled an in-person consultation to see what needed to be done, which made me very comfortable that she would do a good job, plus she was very nice. She and her assistant did a great job of doing a very thorough move-out cleaning, cleaning inside cabinets and drawers and windows, as well. She did a wonderful job and I would definitely hire her, again!

Gladys was fast to respond and stopped by to give us a quote as agreed. But compared to other vendors her quote was the highest and most expensive like 2-2.5x higher for the scope of our cleaning work. She inflated the amount of people needed and the number of hours for the job compared to other vendors and also came off inflexible in negotiating a reasonable rate. Nevertheless we decided not to hire her.
