Hired on Thumbtack

Edison showed up right on time and began working right away. Nelson and the rest of the crew came to trim trees and complete some final tasks. They did 7 hours of hard work during an unexpected heat wave and they handled everything with professionalism and a great work ethic. I’m definitely using these guys again!! 5 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hired on Thumbtack

Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆ (0 stars if I could)
Headline: Completely abandoned a worker on my porch and disappeared for 8 hours. Do not hire under any circumstances.
I had an absolute nightmare of an experience with this company, and I am writing this to warn anyone considering hiring them.
I hired him to install a drip irrigation system. Right from the start, he showed up two and a half hours late accompanied by another worker. Within less than ten minutes of arriving, he literally dumped this worker at my house and vanished into thin air before I could even explain the project or walk through the specific details of what needed to be done.
To make matters worse, the worker he dropped off does not speak a single word of English, making it completely impossible to communicate the scope of work. When I called the owner immediately to ask him to return so we could properly go over the project, he promised he would be back in "a few minutes"—this was around 11:00 AM.
It is now nearly 7:00 PM. Eight hours have passed. He never showed up, never provided an update, and completely abandoned his worker, who has been left stranded sitting on my front porch all day waiting for a ride that never came. No work was completed, my entire day was completely wasted, and I was put in an extraordinarily awkward, unfair position on my own property.
This is the most irresponsible, careless, and utterly unprofessional contractor I have ever encountered in my life. Please do not make the mistake of hiring him. Save yourself the headache and call literally anyone else.
