  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I charge $35 for an hour-long consultation and preliminary training session. After that, my base rate is $85/hour.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I meet with all new clients for an initial evaluation to outline their wants and needs, make sure that my skills are a match for their goals, and determine whether or not we like each other. If all of that matches, we can begin training immediately.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have 10 years of experience as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. I'm certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a personal trainer. I am also certified as a yoga teacher and yoga teacher trainer by the Yoga Alliance. I have seven years of experience as a yoga teacher. I have expanded my knowledge base through continuing education, and am currently studying for a doctoral degree in physical therapy.
