Only hired to move furniture and clothes; took a bit longer than I would have thought. Wrapped the furniture but they still got scrapped up. They also slid down empty wardrobe boxes (with metal inserts), scraping up our wood stairs. Overall pretty average, did some dings at pick up and drop off locations. ML Movers was a great moving experience. They were very responsive, the details were easily worked out online and by phone ...so very convenient. The moving truck was there on time and the workers were very friendly helpful and quick. I feel all of my belongings as well as the house were treated with care and respect. The good: showed up on time, great attitude from the whole crew and didn't really complain about moving stuff quite a distance on the unpacking end. The average: I've moved my stuff ~10 times in the last 10 years, and these guys took longer than most even with a bigger crew / higher rate and fewer items (I've purged stuff over time). Also, I wasn't crazy with the way they handled some of the more fragile items. Overall, I've had movers who are really unfriendly, and I appreciated their work ethic and attitude, so they got the tip. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Normally we send a moving confirmation Via Docusign to every single customer that the customer Have to review and sign to approve the reservation. We require a credit card of File for a deposit of $300.00 to book the day.
