They did a great job cleaning my house. The owner and two employees were efficient and friendly, came early, and cleaned my 1400 sf house in less than 3 hours, and my oven, fridge and interior windows looked great! However, there was a miscommunication with the owner in the beginning when I selected deep cleaning in the app, including oven, fridge, and interior windows, received a phone call and was quoted one price, but when they got to my house, I was asked if I wanted deep cleaning, and the price went up by $50. It appeared to be what other cleaners were charging so I agreed, but I felt like I was getting a discount choosing this company only to find out I wasn't. Also, I was surprised to find out that dusting/cleaning baseboards was not included in deep cleaning. The owner said they would do it this one time, but it wasn't done in every room. Baseboards not included should be stated up front in the company description on the app since if it's not done during a deep cleaning, when would it be done?
