This professional was top notch from start to finish. The quoting and selection of carpet was transparent and the professional provided descriptions and pictures of what we should expect. The quote and payment process was painless. The work started on time and the professional worked long days to ensure the work was completed on time (2 days for carpet and baseboards). They even vacuumed the carpets after installation. We were very happy with the professional worked long Lastly their prices are very reasonable compared with a lot of the bait and switch of the local stores and their providers. Jay‘s carpet and flooring did an awesome job. They responded to their inquiry within minutes and was texting me pictures of samples and personally came to revise samples installed this awesome carpet two days later in about a little over two hours really good job! definitely would use again!
