Since the moment I spoke to Scott on the phone, he has been polite and punctual in every conversation. I felt at ease hiring him to take down two ceiling fans (which I would be taking with me on my move) and install standard ceiling fans for the new owner. We ran into a snag where my previous electrician didn't install it properly, so Scott replaced the part to make it more secure. He installed the first new ceiling fan from Home Depot, but the motor was making noise. He explained it might be a bad motor and suggested taking it back to Home Depot for an exchange. He offered to do that for me and successfully made the exchange. Scott packed up my original fans that I was taking with me on my move and made sure they were secure in a padded box. He went beyond what he had agreed to, and I am grateful for we found Scott. I would definitely hire him again.

Scott responded to my request immediately for a removal of an existing ceiling fan and installation of a new one. He asked for photos of the old one so he was prepared for the job and was able to give me a fair quote. He arrived at the scheduled time, was very professional, covered the work area with plastic and did an amazing job on the removal of the old fan and installation of the new one. He cleaned up afterwards and even looked at and fixed a light switch that I was having trouble with. I will highly recommend using Scott for any ceiling faninstallations and electrical jobs!
