- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are competitive because my company is small compared to others. As the owner/operator, I have the flexibility of helping price wise when it is possible. I provide “ First Time Customers” with a 10% off discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talking with the customer via phone, email or text messages allows me to understand the garage door or overhead operator issue in more detail. Sometimes, I can walk a customer through a few steps that will fix the problem and save them from spending a dime. With pictures I can provide quotes on 90% of repairs. For new doors and overhead operator installations, I can provide a free quote 100% of the time.

10 years of hands-on experience installing and repair all residential garage doors and overhead operators.
