Thank you for your feedback. I’d like to respectfully clarify what was agreed upon. The original request included additional services such as refrigerator and window cleaning. For that full scope, the price quoted was $230. When this was considered too high, I offered a reduced price of $180, clearly explaining that this amount would cover only a regular house cleaning, excluding refrigerator and detailed window cleaning. Refrigerator cleaning is an additional service and is normally priced separately at $80, which was communicated before the service. The cleaning performed was completed according to the final agreement and price accepted at the time. I always strive to be transparent, flexible when possible, and clear about what is included to avoid misunderstandings. I appreciate the opportunity to clarify this for future clients.
