I reached out for a housekeeper that could come twice a week for 150$ total, with the main points being laundry, organizing, and light picking up around the house. Jaqueline agreed to the pricing and when she got here I went over everything that needed to be done. Thankfully I asked if the price was good and she then said it was 150 a day 300 a week. I expressed I couldn’t afford that then she said she couldn’t really speak English so we had to go back and forth about it for over 10 minutes. I finally agreed to let her clean that day for 150$. I asked her to organize and put all the laundry away (hang up all the clothes or put them in drawers) after less than 3 hours she came to me and translated that it was too much and that she could not finish so she didn’t put clothes away. She spent the time she could have put clothes away to fold all of them and lay them out. Even though I was unpleased she was in a hurry to leave before 1pm (didn’t start cleaning until 1030). I had to work after that so I didn’t pay too much attention to anything else. She then messaged me saying she could come for one day a week for 150$ to do everything. I once again specified that we needed it multiple times a week because laundry builds up quick when you have kids. Today I came home and found the cabinets a mess, with stuff shoved in them, and I found kitchen scissors in my child’s play bins. Very displeased. Went to look back at reviews and it’s seems the employees left the first few reviews here. Will never hire again or recommend.
