I had to move relatively quickly and ADH Relocations not only responded quickly to my request but also were incredibly professional, efficient and made moving easy for me which is so hard to do. They also accommodated a last minute request the day of by adding moving services to make it even easier. A true 12 out of 10! I would recommend them to anyone and will be using them for all of my future moving needs. They literally took all of the “moving stress” off my plate and I am incredibly thankful.

My experience started off great with this company but turned bitter sweet! I actually went with them because they were a little cheaper than others. So it worked out as moving can be costly! I was quoted $129 per hour and was asked to add a driver the day prior for $149 per hour! I was told $45 for gas and no extra cost! I’ve used moving services prior and with 3 guys and they got done within 4 to 5 hours tops! The guys arrived on time and got busy! I was able to even tip them! But these guys arrived about 45 minutes late! I thought they had a company truck, but they pulled up in a U-haul! No worries, I was still cool as long as it gets done! I left a lot of furniture behind and had majority boxes! After the run through of the home, I was told it’ll take them 3 1/2 hours, 4 tops to load and drop off at two locations ! It took these guys 5 hours just to load! I had to pop in like hey, how’s it coming? After the drop off I was told they were going to go to lunch, of course and that was fine! Although, I would’ve preferred to get it done and not leave with our stuff! When they arrived it took them two hours to drop off and set up, which sounds about right! A total of 8 hours for a 4 hour maybe 5 hour job, especially if they have an extra person! The owner quoted me almost $1500 and said I needed to pay for his moving accessories and a $45 debit/credit charge even though I used Zelle! I also had to pay $120 not $45 for gas! The most I told them I would pay would be $1200 for the 8 hours which is how much I was supposed to pay via hours! The guy said he can only do $1270 and would not refund me my debit fee even though I did not pay debit or credit! ! The guys were very nice but he doesn’t do honest work! I wouldn’t recommend! I will not use again! Make sure to have a contract sent over prior to move! ! I think he took advantage of me!
