- What types of customers have you worked with?
I mainly work with woman that want to loose body fat and build some muscle and strength. I also work with clients that want to learn how to workout with proper form so they can feel confident in the gym on their own and clients that are getting back in the gym after injury/surgery/pregnancy.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Hire someone you enjoy working with! The key to getting results is to be consistent and it’s hard to be consistent if you hate the workouts and have an annoying trainer.
