I provide one-on-one personal training at my private outdoor home gym in Richmond. In my 10+ year fitness journey, I have done everything from bodybuilding to powerlifting to Crossfit to obstacle course racing. I love working with beginner and teaching proper form and technique as well as working with advanced athletes that want to take their fitness to the next level. I also have 10 years experience doing occupational therapy with older adults. I can work with any conditions/injuries and modify exercises accordingly.

Hannah was exactly what I was looking for in a trainer. She is helping me build a foundation with all kinds of weightlifting exercises. If I was on my own in the gym, I wouldn't know about every different lift for different muscles, and my form would suffer. With Hannah, she guides you through each exercise with feedback. Plus, Hannah is awesome to be around. She has great energy, super positive attitude, and it's honestly an amazing way to start the day training with her. Her outdoor gym is complete and clean. I recommend her to anyone wanting to try personal training in Richmond or East Bay. 5 stars!

Ms. King is a great personal trainer! She tailors the experience to your needs! I came in having no experience in working out. She is great at making you feel comfortable and challenged while not making things too easy. Would highly recommend!

Hannah is amazing! I highly recommend her if you need an extra push or motivation. She studies each person individually and decides what workout is best for your body type. Hannah has made me feel so confident and we have so much fun while working out! She pushes you just enough to make you feel proud of yourself and enough to keep you coming back for more! She is fully knowledgeable on occupational therapy and fitness overall. She helped my disabled sister who suffered from memory loss & bipolar disorder gain confidence & strengthened her form, she has such an admirable patience & the tolerance to deal with all types of clients. She offers meal plans, advice, recommendations & you can randomly text her with questions and she will give you super informative answers with so much detail. Me & my kids look forward to working out with her, she’s so kind & kid friendly and makes kids laugh while working out, she will come to you or you can come to her personal In home gym. She’s very flexible & open to working out in various locations. If your looking for a fun fitness routine alone, with your kids, family or small group, contact Hannah and she will help you reach your goal while having a great time!

I have been training with Hannah for approximately 6 months. I enjoy working out with her because she motivates me and pushes me to the max. She’s very attentive and is flexible on scheduling based on your needs. After 6 months of training with Hannah I have noticed so much improvement on my body, more definition, and better posture. I highly recommend Hannah to be your personal trainer, you will not regret it.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I mainly work with woman that want to loose body fat and build some muscle and strength. I also work with clients that want to learn how to workout with proper form so they can feel confident in the gym on their own and clients that are getting back in the gym after injury/surgery/pregnancy.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Hire someone you enjoy working with! The key to getting results is to be consistent and it’s hard to be consistent if you hate the workouts and have an annoying trainer.
