I'm not going to say it is easy, but that is why Stacy has the trainers she has. They will motivate you and modify the workout for your fitness level. I also do the nutrition along with the boot camp, Stacy really shows you the path you should be taking to see results. She is not going to sell you shakes or pills, but rather guide you on what to eat on the foods available at the local grocery store. From where I was 6 months ago, I feel so much better about myself and see results that I have never seen before. My 15 year old son started with boot camp in June and personal training in August, he just wasn't getting the results in a high school weight room, with no proper supervision during his workouts.
