- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have held several national personal trainer certifications. I have been educated in athletic conditioning, flexibility and recovery, training special populations, and pre and post natal exercise, and corrective exercise. Currently I am certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a personal trainer, and as a coach through USA Track and Field.
