Ann has been working with two of us for the past two months. Each session is a progression and is mixed so that you get cardio, resistance and balance. It has been surprising how far we have come in such a short period of time and the routines are getting tougher as we get fitter. Donna Woll is an extraordinary personal trainer. I have worked with her as I have gone through a long period of physical injuries. She has always been supportive and encouraging and has designed workouts for me that are challenging but attainable throughout this time. I started training 1-on-1 with Dario about a year ago and he has done wonders for me.
