I never expected myself to be the person who gets excited to work out. I never thought I'd be able to go into any gym, no matter where it is or what equipment they have, and confidently know what to use, how to tackle it, and the proper form needed to walk away knowing I did my best. Rob changed that for me. Rob isn't someone who just goes through the motions to complete a session. He genuinely cares about showing you how to do things the right way and passing down the knowledge he's gained over his many years to bring you closer to his level of expertise. Every session, we're trying new stuff, even over two years into it. Rob's always experimenting with new ways to hit certain muscle groups in a way that makes sense for *you* and how your body works. It feels like every time we meet up, we have an incredible session, getting to learn and try new stuff (and sometimes laughing at the things we tinker with), and we walk away feeling better than ever. I feel better physically. I feel better mentally. I don't know how I'd be today if we hadn't started training with Rob!

I started training with Rob almost 7 months ago during an active ankle injury with a short break for surgery. We trained through my recovery as well. I have a lot of injuries (chronic and new) with restrictions for work. Rob has been amazing at coming up with a new training plan on the fly depending on how I'm feeling and at what stage of recovery I've been in. His ability and willingness to work with me to ensure that I don't reinjure myself is amazing. His knowledge and expertise is apparent when you see him make adjustments to exercises or come up with something new altogether that works for me. He has really helped me develop confidence in my strength and form. I can't recommend him enough!

We've been training with Rob for almost two years and in that time we've developed knowledge, techniques, and physiques we are proud of! Rob shows a real interest in your development that makes it rewarding to train. His bodybuilding creativity and fitness knowledge is apparent from day one and sets him apart from your average instructor. You'll quickly learn what muscles to target, how to activate them, and how to grow them. Rob takes what could otherwise be a routine, boring workout routine and instead makes it a cerebral hobby. Workouts will use your mind as much as your body. You won't just be throwing weight around, instead you'll be developing connections to individual muscles, building a library of cues, and customizing technical movements. On top of that, Rob is also extremely genuine, friendly, fun, professional, and flexible! I highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to truly transform the way they approach fitness and bodybuilding.

I started training with Rob to improve my overall fitness through exercises I could confidently do on my own. I also needed his support to overcome the fear of injury I held toward certain weighted exercises. His patience and compassion was invaluable! Getting to the gym had been a challenge. I was bored with the limited exercises I knew and felt extremely weak. By outward appearances I looked healthy but in fact I had nerve pain, felt drained, and was discouraged by slow progress. After only a few sessions, I could move with less pain and enjoyed exercising again. Rob’s openness and nonjudgmental approach allowed me to comfortably share physical and mental aspects impacting my fitness. He quickly gained my trust and confidence in knowing he’d focus my efforts toward the best results.
