Know that a travel agent will know some answers to some questions some of the time; or they may know some answers to all questions some of the time; but no one travel agent will know ALL answers to ALL questions ALL of the time. So always ask what is their speciality; what are their fees; what are their hours of operation; what happens if something goes wrong; what tickets are refundable; do the offer travel protection insurance; will you need a passport or visa for your destination; and have they traveled to your destination.
