I reached out to TJ last night regarding having a undermount bathroom sink and faucet installed in my bathroom. He immediately responded and provided a very fair quote. Today he arrived, assessed the job, noted a few challenges as it related to my setup, but immediately got to work and installed the sink and faucet. The sink looks great! The quality of the work was A+ and I enjoyed the conversation. I will definitely be calling TJ again. I highly recommend him!

Had a leak under bathroom sink. Initially someone else came out but they couldn’t do the job same day. They told me I needed a faucet, but wanted to wait till Monday or later. I needed this to be complete over the weekend. TJ’s price was competitive. He was nice enough to offer to pick up a faucet for me too. He had a family emergency, which delayed our meet but he communicated that, so that was good. When he started his diagnosis, he educated me that I don’t actually have to replace a $140 faucet, but there’s another part that I could find online. We both researched on the spot and found that $30 part could fix the problem. I didn’t want to wait longer and have him come out again, so we agreed to replace the entire faucet system. It was nice that he tried to save me money, unlike the other guy who said just get a faucet. I didn’t realize I picked out a newer slightly complex faucet system, so it took him a bit longer than he anticipated (I also may have distracted him, but chatting ) but he was honest and open about it beforehand and told me he doesn’t do a whole lot of faucets. He cleaned up well and checked for leaks after installation. Friendly guy, it felt like a buddy of mine was doing the job. Definitely will hire him in the future.
