At Jump Party Pros, we believe in honest, transparent pricing—no hidden or last-minute fees! Our rates include setup, pickup, and service from our dedicated, background-checked team, so you never have to worry about a stranger at your home. Rentals are priced per day, not by the hour, giving you the most value for your event. We also offer an overnight option for a small additional fee. While most areas qualify for free delivery, some rural locations may have a delivery fee, but we always disclose it upfront. Our pricing is fair—affordable enough for families to book with ease while ensuring our hardworking local team earns a fair wage to support themselves and their families.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Booking with Jump Party Pros is a smooth and personalized experience! We start by gathering all the event details—date, time, location, and surface type for setup—to ensure everything runs perfectly. If you have special requests, like a quiet setup for a surprise or a specific layout in mind, we’re happy to accommodate! We also take the time to educate you on safely operating the inflatable throughout your event. New customers often have lots of questions, and we make sure everything is answered so you feel confident, informed, and excited about choosing us!
