TOP QUALITY carpet care!! Having a professional cleaning to get out tracked in dirt, food and drink spills,,and whatever mess the dogs bring in is a must! Especially important with our grand children crawling around. South Coast building maintenance has fair pricing for quality service. He's been cleaning my carpets for over 30 years, I’m extremely thankful for his services.

Amazing service! My carpet came out like new :) Joe always assures everything is dry before leaving. Left all my couches and upholstery squeaky clean! Phenomenal work :) the after scent is amazing as well. Feels like a new home.
