- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$70 per hour, 1 hour minimum, If im unable to fix the issue I will charge a 20 dollar evaluation fee
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once in conversations the customer gives me a general overview description of their issue and I evaluate whether it's something I can help with
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor's degree in Computer engineering, over 25 years of computer support experience
