Oscar went above and beyond, when he discovered the electric line to the old ceiling fan was inactive. This was not part of the install work order with the new ceiling fan (to deal with an inactive ceiling wire), but Oscar nonetheless spent time and significant effort to isolate the problem, which included crawling into my hot and cramped attic. Through process of elimination (problem solving) Oscar figured out the line to fan was disconnected at a bathroom wall light switch, which he then reconnected properly for me, and the ceiling fan works wonderfully. I’m very grateful to Oscar for all that extra effort, and expertise he has to figure out the problem with the electrical.
