They did an incredible job with refinishing our old hardwood and even patched two areas where the hard wood was missing. They brought new life to our floors! They also installed LVP flooring that we had purchased for our kitchen and entryway, and replaced all the baseboards in our home. They were amazing to work with! (Photos of hard wood, before and after comparison, and LVP included).

Arrived on time and ready to work...Texted me advising of arrival and on-site. Very professional, courteous, and ethical as he cleaned up the extra pieces of laminate and updated me throughout the installation with pics of my trailer. Definitely use Thomas for your floorinstallations....

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work with the customer to fit their budget needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If it’s an install I will talk to them and get a feel for what kind of flooring materials they want. Then I’ll figure out what color scheme they’re going for. I’ll bring them samples and measure their home for an accurate bid. If it's a refinish I would measure and calculate sqft and figure out if they want to go natural or stain to any color they choose.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
12 years of on the job training. I still learn new things every day!
