I always offer discounts to recurring customers and I have a referral program too! Our service prices include taxes
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I reach out to the client to precisely understand their needs. When I arrive, we go over exactly what changes they would like to see. I make a suggestion about what I would like to do. Depending on their agreement or disagreement, I proceed accordingly. I give them exactly what they want. Some clients even write down exactly what they want me to put emphasis on.
