I'm new to Orange County. I found Lonny through Thumbtack. He gave me a quote I could not refuse for trouble shooting the low electrical current I was having as well as putting in some GFCIs in my house, as all the current electrical outlets in my house around water were of the norm kind. We signed the contract on 10/6/2015. He was to finish the floors buy 10/20/2015. IT was not completed until 11/1/2015. He did not return my phone calls. He would set a date, and not keep it. In fact he would not call to let me know. The work itself was sub par at best. The tile lines were not a lined. The grout work was sub par. My walls continues to have grout in them, and they advised me to paint the rest room. I needed to call several times to correct problems. It was a horrible experience.
