The guy texted me and asked me for the address so that he can look into the square footage on my house. So I sent him the address, and he let me know that he would look into it today. Next thing I know a few hours later he’s sending me a picture of the front of my house. With a text saying that someone’s already there. However, he never even let me know he was coming—there was no meetup discussed at all. No text saying he was on his way or he was showing up to the house. I think that that is extremely unprofessional and it makes me questions what your motives were.
