- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Labor quotes for your event specifications are always customized. After a menu is set, I will estimate groceries, gas, travel as a separate charge. Let know if you have any questions! Look forward to hearing from you! Quotes are typically negotiable dependent on event, don’t be afraid to ask!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will always take the time with new or current customers to build a specific menu and budget that suits their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu School of Culinary Arts. I have diplomas in both Culinary Arts and Pastry Arts. Along with this I have worked in the industry well over 10 years.
